  • How can I order books not listed on your website?
    We’ve established Little Visioneers as an online bookstore on where any title can be ordered from the full catalogue. Anytime you visit Little Visioneers' storefront on, our storefront name will appear in the top left corner of the browser to indicate that Little Visioneers will be credited for any purchase placed on Bookshop's platform. You can also bookmark our shop page and use it whenever you buy books online.
  • How can I order a book that is 'Out of Stock' on Little Visioneers website?
    If a book is 'Out of Stock', you can purchase the book through our storefront on Select the (Out of Stock) book you would like to purchase on our website, then click on 'Buy Now on Bookshop'. You will be directed to our storefront on to complete your purchase.
  • What is
    Bookshop is an online bookstore with a mission to financially support local, independent bookstores. While itself is not a physical store and does not purchase, print, publish, or warehouse books, it acts as a purveyor of new books (distributed solely through Ingram) by linking online shoppers with their favorite independent bookstore in order to traffic book profits toward indie booksellers with their preservation in mind. When you see Little Visioneers name and logo in the top left corner, you are supporting our store.
  • When will I get my books?
    Orders will only ship when complete. If you order an in-stock item and a preorder item the order will only ship once all items are available. If you would like to receive an in-stock item prior to the preorder item please complete two different orders. All orders processed and shipped from Little Visioneers, in Los Angeles, are packed up and ready to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day and shipped the following day. Once your order has left the store, it may take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days to arrive, based on your location. Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday), over the weekend, or on statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Is my order eligible for local delivery?
    Orders placed for delivery within Zip Code 90056 are eligible for local delivery. In-stock orders eligible for 'no contact' local delivery will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase. No contact delivery means the driver will leave your order in an agreed-upon location for you to retrieve.
  • I would like to recommend a book. What should I do?
    If you have a book distributed by Ingram Books Group - our primary vendor for fulfilling customer orders - you would like to recommend to our bookstore, please fill out the Book Recommendation Form. We support local authors, as well as author events and are always excited to find great storytellers!
  • Does Little Visioneers host book clubs?
    We are currently in the process of planning book club options for our reading community. The best way to be informed when events open for registration is to subscribe to our newsletter. You can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our home page.
  • What's the difference beteween audiobooks and Audible? audiobooks are DRM-free, which means when you purchase audiobooks through an independent bookstore, it’s yours. You can support our bookstore with every purchase!

  • How do I redeem/make a purchase with a gift card?
    Find items to purchase on During checkout, enter the unique gift card code. See the demo GIF below: If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, the remaining balance can be paid using your regular payment methods.
  • Gift Card Policy
    PAYMENT METHODS Credit or debit card, or Paypal can be used to purchase Gift Cards. REDEMPTION OF GIFT CARDS Gift Cards are redeemable solely for books and merchandise on To place an order with a gift card on, you will need to purchase a gift card through our storefront on DELIVERY INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR GIFT CARD PURCHASERS Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct. Should an email be returned due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address. REASONS FOR FAILED DELIVERY If you have not received your gift card, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed: Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder. Recipient's firewall blocked the email. Email inbox is over size limit. Invalid email address Please ensure emails are not filtered as spam. If you need further assistance, contact customer support at the following address: Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address. PERSONALIZED MESSAGING If you wish to add a personal message to a Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field on the Gift Card preview. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the Gift Card. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.
  • Books
    If you are not satisfied with your book(s) purchase from Little Visioneers, you may return such book within fourteen (14) days for a refund of the purchase price of the book plus any applicable taxes to the original form of payment. All books must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If the book was ordered on, the packing slip in each shipment has specific instructions for returns, but is not a prepaid shipping label. You will be required to arrange for and cover the costs of shipping returned books.
  • Handmade Bracelets
    Handmade bracelets are strung on high quality elastic stretch cord to ensure the best quality. However, please exercise care when taking off and putting on. Broken and/or damaged bracelets are not refundable nor eligible for return to exchange. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your gift purchase and wish to make a return, the item may be returned within fourteen (14) days for a refund of the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to the original form of payment. The item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded. ​
  • LV Merchandise and T-Shirts
    Little Visioneers Merchandise and Make-a-Statement T-Shirts are provided by a print on demand company. All products are unique and produced per order. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. Please ensure information (size, color, quantity, shipment details) is entered correctly. ​ If there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such, we are happy to offer a replacement order free of charge.
